Technical uno speakers

HI guys, what sort of speakers can i put in the door if any? if any body knows, please put some links up...cheers

Any that you can fit in?
It's really easy, you wire it through existing holes in both left and right door.

Biggest concern here is ruining the panels. I have custom panels (stripped with blue leather) and I fitted speakers in.

You will notice in the map holders on the botom of the door, twards the back, there are holes drilled through the doorcard... no doubt for speakers...

also guys, what size is the standard holes size of the factory fitted speakers.

cheers lads, im gonna replace the door panels with carbon fibre ones they are the old shocking blue cushiony ones LOL that blue leather looks mint tho will it be at gaydon?

I doubt it, as dzogi will have one heck of a long drive to get there...

Does your uno have map pockets seem to be an option from the extras list. as your putting carbon fiber door cards i'd suggest you buy some pods for 17cm speakers as unos doors are very shallow and not designed for modern speakers only 80s paper cones. you could always cover with imitation Carbon vinyl!. Oh and make feature and use some shiny Stainless turner bolts!

hah yer im gonna do it all properly lol. i measrued how much mounting room iv got for the speakers, and it 7inches, so that leaves a fair amount of speakers to choose from :/ just gotta find the right ones :/...any good links?:yum:

I've got all vibe stuff in my Uno, 1200W mono amp, 1200W Sub, vibe slick 6x9 parcel shelf and 4"/10cm vibe speakers under dash, with a sony head unit.

Might have a look at my door cards to see if i can mount anything there too

check out the dash thats on ebay.co.uk as the bloke has integrated mid speakers and tweeters into the dash and put some different vents on it, looks good.

Yeah man, I hate the uno doorcards, I got those flat ones... I love Dzogi's
To make it worse, I have manual window winders, with the winder located at the best spot for a speaker.

iv had a look and it looks like i can get speakers in the bottom of were the door cards are, iv measured it and iv got about 7 inches of mounting space. will just have to c for now tho :/ oh well got ma 12" sub in the back, had the neighbors complaining when it was on the drive LOL! :slayer:
