Technical uno NA using turbo valve spring ?

hi folks,
myfriend is in process of rebuilding engine mk2 '93 uno 1.4 (carb). got some parts collected (engine gasket set, piston rings, valves and springs,etc..)
does anyone know about mk2 uno turbo valve spring will fit on non turbo mk2? if it is, what hazzle will it encounter later? does uno2 split collect and spring cap will hold tight the spring in its place?

when I build a 1400 engine, I just used the inner one, as the turbo one has got a bit of a larger diameter. and I think that the single groove cotter is going to cause a valve to drop.

i see that, doesnt realize both diameter are different. in that case, i'll leave it all as it should. standard.
