General Uno mk2 45 1.0 I.e wheel offset? And suspension information

Hello I'm new to the forum and have read loads of aricles but I'm still not sure what wheel offset to have for 14-15" alloy wheels. I just need some information about wheel sizes to gte and I also want to lower my UNO by30-40mm and can someone point me in the direction where I can buy dampers and springs as one unit. Thanks in advance as I hope you can help
