General Uno 1400 Fuel injection conversion from Weber to FI

I own an SA licence built 1400 Pacer with a Weber Carburettor. I am unable to find out whether SA Fiats built under licence ever had a 1400 FI option. If not, what would a conversion to FI entail and any hints on where to shop around for complete FI systems?

I actually did the FI conversion on my Uno beat 1400 a few years ago and it has been reliable.
To date i have done over 100 000km with no issues.

I am running ECU Spitronics management system, UT modified Manifold, Stock OEM UT injectors, fuel rail and modified pacer tank.
Upgraded the Main fuel line to bigger line and modified the thermostat to house in a sensor.
