Technical ulysse wont start

hi there I have a ulysse 2.0 diesel I had to change the fuel housing as it was broke went fine for a week but now wont start you cant here the pump in the tank working it just makes a woushing noise as if air is in there and no diesel getting to the fuel filter anyone know what cud be the problem many thanks

Try disconnecting the diesel return pipe and see if any diesel pours out when the engine is turned, it should be where the 3 pipe union is.
