Ulysse injectors

Bought a 2004/54 Ulysse 2.0 16v JTD as a non runner, engine in the boot jobby. Cylinder head off and every injector totally mashed. I sent the head away to have them removed and skimmed. Engine has been re-built, but do you think I can get injectors...... not unless I re-mortgage the house to line the pockets of a Fiat main agent. The car has a Bosch pump fitted but I am reliably informed that it doesn't follow that it had Bosch injectors. Why does Fiat use a PSA engine and then bolt on different bits to it? Very confusing. Do any of you clever guys out there have any info about the fuel system or better still, where can I buy some reasonably priced injectors? Cheers

I've resurrected this old thread because I want to ask the same question again.

Does anyone know the correct reference numbers for fuel injectors I need for a 2005 Ulysse eleganza 2.0JTD (179AX) 107hp?

I see reconditioned ones from only £75 up to £200. But I am being quoted different reference numbers by different companies for these injectors. for instance, I've been quoted ref.04451100044 by one company, but I think they only went up to 2002 Ulysses.

Do Fiat use different injectors in the engines to Peugeot and Citroen?

No idea. Someone to ask would be Big Mick at Eurocarcare.net. They do FIAT and Pug/Citroen spares.
