Hi all

My 2005 Ulysse's alarm keeps going off for no apparent reason. The worst thing is when I set the alarm you can shake, push, pull handles, kick it etc.. and the alarm will not go off, but when im in bed during the night it will keep going off!!!!

When I lock the car via the door the alarm does not set so this is fine, but I would really like to solve the problem so that I can have a working alarm and be able to use my remote key again.

I am very frustrated, please help, many thanks!

;) With mine the kids had left the rear window shut but not latched shut so as cars passed the window would flap and the internal sensors would think it was movment/pressure (however it works) and go off.

lol, Thanks :) I have checked all windows are shut, so not that, but I have started locking with the internal volumetric sensors turned off and it seems to have worked!!

Is there a way to turn these off fully rather than having to press the button everytime you leave the car?

Thanks

Do you leave the little child mirror down (the one to see the kids in the back). When I had mine it was always going off if I left it down as it moved from vibration etc and was right in front of the sensors.

Hi again, I have tried with the child mirror up and the alarm still went off.

I have been told that these sensors can get over sensitive and that you can cover them up to reduce the sensitivity, problem is i'm not sure exactly where there are, can someone point me in the right direction?

Many thanks
