Technical Uconnect System

Hi

Hopeing you wonderful peole can help. I have been trying to change the time in my 500L trekking however the settings button in the middle of the unconnected head unit doesn't work all the other buttons and all other functions work just do anything g when you press it. Any ideas what the fault is.
