General uconnect 5 for a 7

Hello everyone,

I come from Germany and have now swapped the uconnect 5 for a 7 in my 500x opening edition built in 2015.
Everything adjusted with multiecuscan.
Now I can't update the navigation map because my VIN doesn't work on the Mopar update page.
Is there a way to update the navigation system without vin.
what is the name behind the radio ENG and emea

As far as I know Fiat no longer support the Connect system and TomTom who supplied some of the mapping cannot help either.
I use my own 6.5 inch screen just as a road atlas.
The 7 inch screen was never meant to be a user update system unlike the 5 inch screen it had to be updated by a Fiat dealership who bought a one time key code that allowed them to log into the update system.
