Oh great my sump decided today would be a good day to loose the battle with tin worm and start leaking. Well at least i have a spare from my old 1108 block so tommorow evening it will be on with the water proofs (it has been raining for the last fortnight) and get it changed for the weekend. I wish i had a garage

That's the downside of modern oil tight leak free engines, used to be the sumps were allways covered in oil and crud which protected them from rust....Progress.

I was a lucky boy rain stayed off in the evening so sump changed also managed to get a couple of suspect looking brake lines changed.

Still remembering the petrol smell coming from your Cinq at last year's St Andrews and though mildly alarming, I've always rather liked the smell of it. Not that I'm pyromaniac or anything :laugh:
