General Twelve Week Waiting List

I went to order a new Doblo 1.3 mj on Monday & was told there was a 12 weeks waiting list. Is this correct?

If that's what you were told...
IMO, go for one that's a year old. Still get plenty of warranty with it & you can save shedloads over the cost of new. ( I saved about 1/3)

I don't know the actual facts, but it seemed there were plenty of 1.9s around but not many 1.3s. I guess that is the reason.

I tried to order a 1.3 last week and was told the same. The customer ended up ordering a 1.9 instead.

Yes it's true ... I had to wait 3 months exactly to get mine and that was a year ago!
It’s a long wait but the doblo is worth it. :worship:

Little tip ..

always buy from big dealer groups... ask if they have any cancelled orders. thats what i did on our dobbin and got it for £2700 cheaper all for a change of colour .... which I was willing to accept...

I went to look at the new Skoda Fabia estate this afternoon, I think that will be our new car rather than the Doblo. I think the 1.3 MJ will struggle a bit & I think the top gear ratio is a bit slow.
3,000 rpm at 70mph seems a bit on the high side even though it is a great engine.

the Fabia has had really good reviews and Skoda keep coming up in the top ten in the JD Power survey year after year...but it's not a Doblo

I hope not! btw fiorino is going to have only 1.3mjtd engine.
