General TV Tuner on Ulysse Connect Nav+

Has somebody experience with TV-Tuner on the Navi-Display? Exists there a not too expensive system that works also when the car is driven?

Also totally illegal in the UK

Although my Nav+ display can show pictures at all speeds, using the AV ports - however, got a separate 2 screen TFT and DVD player in the back - lot easier
