Technical Turbo Waste Gate..?

Please can anyone tell me 'How' the Marea Turbo Waste Gate is operated and 'Where it is Located' ?
I have searched the car and Google but I cannot find it !
.
My wife is complaining that the Doblo 1.9 JTD ( 105) is way down on power compared to the Marea 1.9JTD (110).....Especially now that I have got it working again !....so I think that she is aiming towards a tuning chip or a 'turbo swap'...IF the earlier 'Variable Vane' type can be made to fit and to work !...

I've NEVER touched one , but seen some good threads on FF about rebuild / mods,
GP section is a good starting point,

Thanks for the reply....I did search ,or rather 'TRY' to search the forum before posting the question......
Its only now having tried again that I realise that I was using the Wrong search box :bang:.......I was using the one in the top left hand corner and was puzzled as to why there were no real results...
Thanks for the prod to look harder and so to find the right place to search.

According to the Marea workshop manual, the 1.9 JTD 110 has the variable geometry turbo with no wastegate. The 1.9 JTD 100 has a nornal turbo with a wastegate.

Thanks for asking ...YES I am delighted to say, that thanks to the 'Multiecuscan' and its 'graph' option I found out it was the fuel pressure regulator that was causing all of my problems. Regulator replaced
The Marea is running GREAT......
Now I need to replace the 2 front struts, ( which I already have )...pass an MOT and insurance and its back on the road..hopefully for at least another 100 K !

Have you cleaned the EGR on the doblo / installed a blanking plate?
Jammed EGR may cause it to be low on power.
