It is many to do? I want to change turbo from 1.9jtd 59kw to 1.9jtd 85kw, i know that 59kw doesnt have intercooler so i need hoses to it and intercooler maby someone knows, how to change the turbo?

Obviously colder air from the intercooler will help, but didn't the higher power engine use variable vane technology VVT turbo plus a suitable ECU etc. to control it and the fueling to give the extra power?
