Beginning lose my mind with my van now, short story I had a bump (where had to pull over for a tractor and bumper hit a mound on a grass verge) which caused a boost leak as lost power immediately. I found the first major leak it had put a hole into the intercooler plastic, so replaced this. Was still the same so investigated further, the plastic pipe from intercooler to throttle body was leaking at the "o" ring where its seats in throttle body, so replaced pipe and o ring. Pressure tested - no more leaks present.

However now the same fault code remains no matter what p2563 - turbo charger boost position control

I have tested sensor - no issue there
No more boost leaks
I have changed the boost control solonoid
Turbo actuator seems fine and moves freely and bounces back ok
Now im abit stumped its actually.my works van so has still been used whilst low on boost although have tried keep revs down and limited milage, still get smoke on start up so guessing could be time change the turbo? Don't mind doing this but wondering if anything else it could be before I buy one

You don't mention what age, engine series etc.
I had similar code on a 2010 1.6 Doblo and it actually proved to be an air leak on the inlet manifold where the three bolt flange seals the EGR pipe.
Apart from that, though you tested the boost solenoid etc. did you test the vacuum that actuates it.
I pressure tested mine using a adaptor kit and 20psi, but a smoke test may be more accurate in your case.

Ah ya sorry its the 1.3 multijet 90 - 2015 yes I've tested the vacuum and all seems ok ill defo be looking at a smoke test only other thing was maybe if veins are sticking perhaps from being ran with low boost perhaps from build up, probs look at a smoke test this weekend

Recently sold a 2014 Vauxhall Combo 1.3MJ (Doblo in drag;)) not sure if it has VVT variable vane technology on the 90 HP.
If it has, one of my daughters had a VW Golf 130hp GTD that the vanes were sticking so it was going into "limp mode" I used turbo cleaner and worked the turbo actuator rod making sure it went all the way to the stops in both direction, this cured the problem, but I also got her to use the turbo cleaner fuel additive with every tankful of diesel plus encouraged her to use the loud pedal more, as most of her driving was in town to work.;)

Ya I shall try that as well thanks could be a number of things, ran fine before had that bump though, so assumed fixing the leaks and damaged intercooler would cure it ill try soke turbo cleaner over weekend as its a cheap fix and if works brill of not i know to have a smoke test etc
