turbo for a 1.8 hlx

hey how's it going?

i'm sure i read or heard some where that you can fit a turbo to the 18. 16v hlx.?

is this true, or is someone just yankin my chain?

any ideas, or help would be great.

Novitec used to do a conversion, about £3k, but don't any more.

Only gave ~160BHP and you can get ~150BHP by fitting fast road cams and a piggyback ECU with a good rolling road setup for well under half the cost of the turbo.

and alot less on the insurance than a turbo i would imagine. a mate of mine had a turbo fitted to his 1.7 puma. its really not worth the money

anyone know where i can get fast road cams for my 1.8 hlx? been looking recently and only finding companies abroad which isnt alot of cop to be honest.any help would be appreciated
