I have an Uno 45, 998cc Fire engine with an Uno turbo speedo clocks. The Speedometer, Gasoline indicator, and tachometer are all working. Engine temp indicator will just function when the engine overheats. As in the old Uno 45 clocks, the red temp light turns on when the engine overheats.

The engine temperature, oil temp and oil pressure are not functioning. Is there any possible way for it to function? If I would get a temperature sensor, also the sensor for the oil temp and pressure will it work? on the fire engine?

Thanks in advance.

You can get them to work, but you will need to get the apropriate sensors. Go to a wreckers and see what you can find, or you might be able to get them new.

The wiring will also need to be added as the standard Uno 45 wiring loom doesnt have the wires for these sensors.

The temp sensor on your car will have a black plastic bit, this shows that its the switch. You need the sensor which has a red plastic bit.

Thanks for the reply jjhepburn.

Unfortunately we don't have wreckers for Fiat Uno here in the Philippines and even the shop here have no idea about the mark 2 Turbo clocks. Was looking for a temp sensor and oil pressure in ebay. But definitely a wiring loom can't be found in ebay.

The electrical shop did inform me to get the appropriate sensors and wirings, but definitely none here on my side. :( So if someone has sensors and wirings for my need. Please sent me a message. Thanks a lot.
