right, now i have the walbro RS2000 fuel pump and an adjustable regulator i need to clear something up, in the drawing that J333EVO posted for me it shows the extra regulator taking a feed from the 3 bar pump and regualting it to the primary injector inside the throttle body, what i cant underatnd is why?? because the second injector run by the MF2 is going to be recieving all 3 bar of fuel unregulated,,,will the MF2 have to be set up to run this pressure?
and the primary injector is going to have the origonal regulator and the extra one!

is it me just reading it wrong and having a stupid moment? the way i had it in my head would be to fit the extra regulator between the fuel pump and the extra injector controlled by the MF2, and the origonal regulator set up correctly

also i would like to add that i do understand that the car will need a proper set after installation but what is the best pressure to set both regulators for the journey to the RR
cheers

Look at the diagram again, a regulator only creates pressure up stream of the device, so the regulator has to be after the injector in the flow pattern. It does absolutely nothing to fuel pressure after it, how can it, think about it.

So the fuel line goes to the injector then the regulator, the regulator return goes to the throttle body where it enters the injector first and is regulated by the regulator in the throttle body that comes after the injector.

Its all simple when you think of it. take a hose, if water is running through it and there are no obstructions, then the pressure at the start is pretty much same as it is at the end. Now think if it if you bend it casing the water pressure to build up before that bend but it trickles out the end of the hose.
