Well my turbo gt15 Garret was way below the return sump and i just took it apart.

Im going for welding My own manifault like the foto i posted with the gt15 i think.

the whole turbo was flooted with Oil.. haha didnt know this was going to happen,
it hasnt ran for like 2 months and oil was inside the turbo (alot).

Can anyone tell me if my turbo is broken now or doesnt matter just clean it?

Few more lose cables and i can take the engine out :)
 
Tomorrow the gt15 Garret is going revision just to be sure.

Costs me nothing :)

Maybe tonight i get the engine out and tomorrow Making the manifold.
 
Tips for the welding.

Either arc weld it with a "special" rod for dissimilar metals (your welding supply house will advise) or TIG it with stainless steel rod.

In both cases, pre-heating and very slow cooling advised.

I'd not MIG it.

Keep an eye on it -- Imola Blue's one developed a very fine crack right along the weld.
 
Got my gt15 back and he putted in race springs :LOL:.
also he did put in the bigger scoup to make it flow more oil.
and made a boost controller on my turbo :)

Just about getting the engine out coudnt lift it by myself :LOL:

i found a manifold on the internet and he says its from a cinquecento and looks nice to use you guys recournise this?

Maybe good one to use?
