i can tell straight away looking at that pic the turbo will sit far too low and you will have problems with oil backing up the return pipe into the turbo.
In your pic though, just for your info, the one at the back is what the Novitec turbo's had - the one in front is clearly one someone has made to replace a novitec turbo manifold. There is a guy on this very forum which had said issues with a novitec turbo backing up with oil and not draining properly (it is only gravity that returns iol from the turbo to the sump, it needs to be as downward as possible, and no upwards parts where oil can pool) but can't for the life of me remember his username. fusion something or something fusion - its a blue sei turbo iirc.
Your easiest route is to do like the Van Aaken manifold which is just the oem manifold with the end chopped off and a turbo flange welded on - this means welding stainless to cast which i am told is tricky - involves alot of heat and so the flange tends to distort and will need machining flat after.
The other option would be a completely custom manifold = £££'s. If you do that then you want something like in the pic but with the turbo flange as near to where the 4 pipes meet as you can to keep the turbo nice and high.
Good luck, let us know how you get on with it.
