Technical Trouble Codes P2096 & P0137 with Check Engine Light

My check engine light came on today and in checking with my OBD-II scanner I found the two following codes:

P2096 - Oxygen Sensor
P0137 - Exhaust Leak
Also smell of gas when car started in Garage

Anyone seen thee codes and what cold be the cause on a 2012 500c Automatic?
Is it safe to drive the car?

Please Advise

Well I don't mean to point out the obvious but it sounds like there's an exhaust leak and would you want to drive a car with an exhaust leak (possibly into the cabin) any great distance? Drive it a few miles to the garage and no further.

Since I posted I have talked to a trusted Fiat Master Mechanic and he told me to clear the codes and see if they appear again. he does not see overly concerned at this point and thinks the engine is most likely running a bit rich. I will get the car to him at the dealership first thing next week.
