General Trolley Jack & Axel Stands (Height Size)

I'm looking to buy a trolley jack & axel stands from Argos tomorrow.

They have a 2 tonne trolley jack with a lifting range of 135mm - 335mm.
They also have 2 tonne axel stands, with a height range of 240mm - 355mm.

Will the jack have a sufficient range to lift the Grande Punto (17" alloys if that helps) enough for the stands to go underneath and to remove the wheels?

I don't fancy buying the stuff and for the jack not having the range to lift it high enough.

yes jack the car up to 240mm and you will get the stands under


least with argos you can take it back if you dont get on with it

make sure the axel stands top isnt too deep or they will make a hole in your sills if you need to place them on jacking points
