Me and my wife are planning on towing a Mini about 15 miles with a rigid tow-bar. Is it safe to do this with a Stilo Abarth. Also does anyone know the legalities of towing as the websites I have been on are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot.

Can't comment on towing with the Abarth (should be fine if it's in good fettle) but can say that towing another vehicle requires the other vehicle (ie. the Mini in this case) to be road legal..... otherwise it's onto a trailer it has to go 
I only discovered this when I got pulled over towing a less than road legal Lancia on a towing dolly 8 years ago. Fortunately the Officers who 'pulled' me were very understanding. If you've got access to trade plates, you're sorted Otherwise you're b*ggered unless it's quiet on the roads near you ofcourse....... :devil:
