Technical Torque for front brake calipers on 2019 T-jet

Hi,

My Doblo Combi does annoying squeaking sounds while braking. I would like to clean the brake pad sliding surface (rotor's and pads got plenty of life left). But I don't find any torque specs for the bolts especially for the calipers.
Is there anybody of you who could help me out?

PS: is there a table or Excel Sheet with collected known torque's?

I torqued the bolts to 125Nm
They are M12 x 1,25 ; length 30mm; head diameter 24mm
