Erm, if you write a bit clearer and in more legible English then maybe more people will understand your question(s) and can give you better answers....

lol sorry, but that wasnt that illegible!!!I will work it out though, i just wasnt sure if roof bars could be fitted to all cars. Since im sure i heard my dad once say something about the grooves in the roof.... o well. :(

Yes you can get roof bars for your Uno!
The Uno is gutterless - those plastic strips on the top of the roof are not removable like they are on some vehicles.
Essentially the type of system you need will be one where the footpack (the feet) of the bars sit on the roof, with a securing clamp going inside the doors. There will be a difference between the 3 and 5 door models, as the 3 door model will require a different fitting kit as the clamps on the back will clamp inside the rear opening windows.
As for price, its possibly going to cost you a tidy sum - up to about £90.
Thule certainly make roof bars for the Uno - and they are top notch, high quality and easy to fit. If you shop around, you may be able to find bars from a different manufacturer - but be aware that not all bars are as good as another brand!
Once you have your roof bars, and have them fitted to the roof (and please remember they are removable - so don't drive around with them on all the time!), you can fit any topbox onto the bars. All topboxes, apart from some of the fancy Thule ones, use essentially the same securing system - a u bolt which passes around the underside of the roof bars and are then secured from the inside of the top box. You will have 4 securing U bolts - 2 for the front bar and 2 to go round the rear bar.
Again, boxes vary in size and quality - though any decent modern box should at least have a central locking point - with a key, and be constructed from ABS plastic (strong and lightweight).
Hope this helps...
Marko

There are 4 grooves for attaching these bars on the edges of the roof above each doors. They can be found without opening the doors. I'm pretty sure...

out of interest...what if you have a 2 door uno?
2 Door Uno = 3 Door Uno - see above posts.
For these vehicles, the rear roof bar clamps inside the back windows
