General Top Boxes

I've already got some Thule roof bars on the Marea Weekend for transporting an ocean kayak. I now also need a top box as well. I'm probably looking at a narrow one- any suggestions and also suggestions on how best to accommodate both a top box and kayak.

Sorry I can't help you with your top box but there are a few Weekend owners on here who may be able to help.

If you have a coop then why not introduce yourself in that section as well.

Hi there, what polecat omitted to mention is that weekenders dont need topboxes... I'm off to collect a cooker in mine tomorrow...bags of room... ps hope you find one..

Hi folks, thanks for the replies. I do of course need the top box to put the kids & dog in after i've filled the car with useful stuff.

I will drop by the coupe section- i'm sure i'll recognise some folks from the fccuk forum and i'll try and sort out some photos.

Hello

I presume by ocean kayak you mean a sea kayak. Either way you should be able to easily get a set of J bars (around £20 - £30) to bung on your thules and have room for a narrow to medium roof box as well.

I've seen folk with a roof box in the centre and two sea boats. One either side on J bars.
