Tofa Kartel

Hello All, I am a newbie hoping someone can help me. I have a Tofus Kartel, in Turkey. These cars were originally Fiat and they sold the tooling to the Turkish Government quite a few year's ago. Can anyone please tell me which Fiat model the Kartel is, as I would like to get a manual that is written in English.
Any help and advise most welcome.

Looks like it was originally based on the 131, with later versions taking cues (and engines) from the Tempra.
