Toasted?

Today on my way to work smoke came into the cabin from the ventilation system on the dashboard for approximately 1 minute like something was toasted.The engine temperature was ok.All the electrics are working fine so is the A/C.I have a 1.6 SX Bravo.Please advise

Narrow it down a bit!

Was it exhaust smelling smoke, electrical smelling smoke? Have yoou tried all electrical circuits since, like lights, hazards, wipers?

Was it definently smoke, it wasn't mist
Were you doing anything else at the time (i.e. switching radio on, heated seats etc)

I 've tried all the electrics and everything works fine.Lights,wipers,A/C,radio,mirrors is fine.All the warning lights on the dashboard are working and the fuses seem to be ok too.
To answer your question I was listening to music when it happened but I wasn't doing anything at the exact moment.As far as the type of smoke it wasnt from the exhaust but I cant tell if it was electrical or not.
When you talk about mist you mean like the cigarette smoke? Because it looked something like that.
