General Tire alternatives

Hello everyone. New to the forum and would like some input on alternative tire sizes for my 2016 Abarth. Currently wearing 195/45-16 shoes. Will 205/45-16's fit on stock rims without rubbing? Also, any recommendations on performance tires?

As far as which performance tyres go, Michelin every time, if you can afford them. They last longer and give good performance in all conditions

205/45R16" would fit without any problems, and give even a better ride.

FALKEN ZIEX ZE310 ECORUN 205/45 R16 87W​

Had them on my Abarth in 17 inch size, quiet, and perfect on the dry and the wet.

I'm also happy with the Falkens. I run the Azenis FK510 on mine. Very Safe, also in wet conditions, quiet and affordable.
