Technical Tipo electric front windows

I would appreciate any advice as to what is most likely wrong or where to look first, on my drivers electric window which is in the up position and refuses to respond . Anybody out there had a similar problem?

I had a similar problem with my '94 tipo.
The driver's windows didn't respond.
I don't know how to spell it but I replaced the "windows elevator" with a older tempra one. It costed me 30€ at a scrap yard. It fitted perfectly.

yep - sounds like the motor is burnt out or you have a loose connection - best thing to do is wip the door card off and have a look. A replacement should be easy to find try e/bay or a fiat Breaker like FL AUtos in Lincs - I have used them many times but soory don't have the phone number to hand.
