my fiat tipo 1.6ie has problems starting when cold, under freezing point. It smells as if it is flooded. We usually let it stand for 20 minutes and try again some times it works or else we have to wait again. Could the automatic choke be faulty? Otherwise the car drives great when it is started. I reckon that it floods real easy. When I start I daren't put my foot near the accelerator pedal otherwise it'll flood immediately. Any kind soul who could help?? kind rergards.....Bigdin
