time on the forum

I`m fed up with writing a piece on here then, finding out when i post it that I have been timed out , how long do you get before this happens?
and.....I find the 130 is not listed, so i couldn`t do the garage part because the field didn`t have 130 as a model

I've never had a time out on the forum - do you check the box when you log in to stay logged in all the time? That should prevent it

or if you dont want to save it to notepad then post quickly

Does it to me sometimes even if I tick the box.... I usually open a new tab, go to Fiatforum.com , login from the new tab and then switch back to my post and press "Submit"

what browser? i never get logged out
are you using an automatic porigram to clear cookies?

I do generally find this a little annoying if i'm not on my own computer, seems to timeout pretty quickly if you don't click any links. I can see why but sometimes i find i get to the end of a page while reading a thread and when i click the next page its logged me out..

most people i know use Google Chrome or IE.. all my browsers on my lappy auto login to FF so i never have a problem at home.

I use FF on 100's of different PC's and have never had this problem
