After refurbishing 2/4 alloys i need to put new tyres on them.
- one no longer legal and the other mainly to balance things out at the front.
The rear tyres look like new dispite having more than 20k miles on them.

I've been looking at getting Goodyear Duragrip tyres - 155/70 R13 T75
£49 with balancing and new valves each.

Has anyone used these tyres before?

I'm after little to no tyre noise on the motorway, as this seems to be all I'm doing now days. These tyres advertise low road noise... the only ones kwick-fit have on there website for low noise for my tyre size...

Duragrip were/are OE fit on the 500 – tested* to be 71dB for noise.

Also take-a-look at the (Goodyear-Dunlop) Fulda EcoControl, 72dB but marginally better for wet braking & rolling resistance - & £43 inc fit at HiQ (Goodyear-Dunlop) tyre shops.

The Euro-Tyfoon Successor II appears to have the edge over both the above (70dB) – but I’ve no knowledge where they’re to be had.

Continental Premium Contact 2s or Dunlop SP30s are good. I'm running Continentals now. Slightly noisier than the Dunlops better cornering IMO. Both are quiet though due to being a slightly softer compound than some. Dunlops only lasted 12k on the front. Only done 5k on the Contenentals so far - 6mm left.

The tyres i have on the back - debica passio 2 and these have done around 20k miles and look like new!
The one i have on the front atm looks good and around half tread depth, The p3000 tyre - no idea when this was fitted it around 1.7mm tread depth - hence i want to replace it. However, i have found that this tyre just spins in the wet...

I have found this tyre: £47 fully fitted

… select Hele zomerbandenlijst (or List all summer tyres)

Tip: re tyres (or anything) look for `tests’ NOT `reviews’ … e.g. you take your car in for a MoT TEST (not an MoT review) … the cop won’t be impressed if you claim you passed a Driving Review (with no evidence of passing a Driving Test).

Thanks for all your help :)
I went with the General Altimax RT all season tyre. £96 the pair fully fitted, mobile fitting with E Tyres...

I hope the alloys have hardened enough to have these tyres fitted(y)
I thought it was Tuesday today:p They are getting fitted on Friday.
The last coat went on the last wheel last night around 6:00pm - wasn't as good as the others... the second clear coat over sprayed :( so i had to take it back a bit further and respray - still managed to get 3 coats though:)

Sadly it went dark before i had a look at it after drying, and i still haven't seen it finished:p The others came out looking mint:D i'll have to post some pics at some point
