Technical Ticking noise??? :S

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, my car froze over during the cold nite, i let it thaw out, and its starts and runs fine, but there seems to be a ticking noise coming from the boot??

Any help would be grateful

If it is coming from the boot then it is most likely the Rear Wiper Motor on its way out. Does your rear wiper work?

If it is bust, you should be able to get one from a scrap yard for about £10 and it will tkae about half an hour to swap over...

The ticking noise stops when I turn the rear window wiper on, so I think it could be the motor on its way out, i have noticed a few bravos where the wiper is stuck so I think it is a common problem

You can prolong the life of the rear wiper motor by regreasing it. But you will need to dismantle it completely.
