Hi,
on the 3.0 multi jet 160 , if needs be will the engine start, tick over,
run normally under power and then shut down with the throttle valve butterfly
" plate " removed but the motor and power source still in place .
The vehicle is pre 09 and the engine no longer has a EGR valve , nor is the CAT in place and has been mapped to compensate , a partial filter was never fitted .
