Technical Throttle hesitation and rev counter not working.

So, my daughters car went in for gear cable replacement and came back with a fault that garage said was already there !?!

Engine light on, stop start not available, P0641 on obd reader, rev counter not working, starts up (but not as easily as it did), limited speed, throttle hesitation on every start up, engine sounds smooth.

Garage fitted a MAF sensor that they said was showing up as a code.

I’m leaning towards cam or crank position sensor but it’s a bit of a stab in the dark really - so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

My suggestion is not to use that garage again.
