General Gap between top of tyre and wheel arch unequal front and rear

Hello, I am new to the forum, and new to my fiat 500L 2011 petrol which I have purchased recently. I have noticed that when parked on the flat, the front of the car is lower than the rear … I measured the gap between the front tyre and the wheel arch, and it is 3” on the front, but 4” on the rear, both sides. Is this normal ? And does it matter ?
