Hi,
the Multijet 16V (1.6 105 hp) in my 500L started bucking overnight (no power and after a long journey then error P0238 at some point). My first suspicion was martens and so I started searching and actually found a hose that was supposedly bitten (actually bitten off). If I'm not mistaken, it should be part of the turbo's vacuum system, at least there's a hose from the can on the turbo that goes there. The remaining piece of hose is on the connection next to it. It would be interesting to see what it looks like in its original state. Please provide tips or photos if anyone has the same engine. Thanks, Matt

Is it possible that any of the turbo vacuum pipes, etc., were damaged during the gearbox replacement? They look to be on the other side? I've cleaned the EGR valve and MAP sensor, which were both in terrible condition. I'm considering replacing the Map sensor because it was made of tar and hard to clean properly.
