Just looking at my throttle readings on WOT on Torque and the dial only seemed to go up to 77%, is this right? The car wasn't running at the time, not sure if this makes a difference?

I have never run torque
Throttle position sensors and throttle pedal sensors (TPS) don't read all the way 0V to 5V normally more like .5V to 4.5V
Depending on how the software reads the value it might never read 100%
Normally you test by pressing the pedal very slowly and look for any jumping (dead spots) and make sure the throttle has full mechanical movement.
