koalar Distinguished member Written a review Joined Oct 24, 2016 Messages 14,222 Points 4,117 Location Cheshire Aug 7, 2020 #2 I have never run torque Throttle position sensors and throttle pedal sensors (TPS) don't read all the way 0V to 5V normally more like .5V to 4.5V Depending on how the software reads the value it might never read 100% Normally you test by pressing the pedal very slowly and look for any jumping (dead spots) and make sure the throttle has full mechanical movement.
