This wire is snapped, what is it connected 2????

I noticed 2day, a wire that kept hanging down from my front passenger bumper, 1 of the wires is worn away from hittin the round sumtimes i think. Heres a few pics

Is it linked to my fog lights, coz tht could be y there not working??

i would say its for the fogs, get them connected back up and use some cabel ties to help support them

They are for the fogs.. no other wires hang that low down.
