General Thinking of getting a multipla

Hi all
Thinking of getting a petrol multipla on an 01 or newer plate, anything to watch out for on the petrol engine.

cambelt is the only major item that can be preventitive, maybe lamda sensor/exhaust too.


Other than that lpg to keep fuel costs down?

the clutch is another thing to look out for, can be expensive if it is left too long when it needs replacing also when looking at the car from the back, check that the rear wheels are not pointing inwards too much at the top... can be a sign of needing a new rear axle. that applies to both the petrol and diesel, but other than that its a great car when mine finally dies i will be getting another, might go for the diesel next time though as the mpg for the petrol isnt great, but i do use it a lot just around town :devil:
