Thingy on cinq headlining???

I gotta thingy on my L reg Cinquecento headlining, looks like an infrared dome sensor, there is also a little recessed push button which makes an LED flash briefly when pressed. It looks very pretty, but WTF is it?!?!?! Please help!! Cheers all.

Id say remote central locking sensor it it was anything like mine....

I think the recessed button enables yu to program other key fobs in.
I presume its an SX?
