It's official. Auto-Express driver power survey 2019 has the Panda in their top 10 most reliable cars to buy. In at number 8. They credit the Panda's simplicity as being the main cause.

Not an Up, Citigo, Mii, Picanto, i10, Suzuki Ignis or Celero, or any other city car in sight! The 7 slightly higher placed cars are either Toyota/Lexus or big Kias. Cars which cost a lot more.

Shh dont tell everyone, had mine 5 years, servicing only cost, 800 miles in 2 days last week, wouldnt change it for anything, costs pennies to run even if you dont skimp on maintenance, wouldnt swop it for anything else. Had 5 pandas now 86, 88, 05, 11, and 14 plate these are possibly the best kept secret in the motoring world, next to the fun you can have in the abarth.
