I then had to rebuild the wheel arch which was fun ����

I used thicker steel to replace the chassis rail flange and floor steel in one go just for the ease to be honest.

instead of the three pieces of arch, floor and chassis rail that were originally spot welded together I just welded a sort of tee fillet, this seems to have worked well for me

still looking for a new wheel arch cover as mine is missing.

Time to address exhaust

I would recommend anyone to get a panda classic as a project their boxy shape does make welding and repairs a lot easier!

I'm in Leicestershire Andy. it's still not got an MOT I need to fit my new rad, windscreen and there are some rubber boots missing on the suspension arms and fit the exhaust I've welded and painted today

when it's done I'll be sure to let you know. Then again I'm 17 so I'm still having driving lessons at the moment �� Alrite as a first project to practice my welding

How do you fancy removing an outer sill, re-building the outer few cm's of floor, then the inner sill, and then re-attaching a new sill?
