Hi Everybody,
Not sure if I'm in the right place for posting,,,but here goes. I am an expat living in France and yesterday finally got my Multipla that I have wanted for ages! Hubby went over to the UK to get her and hopefully is going to have a trouble free journey home today! We have called her 'The Black Pig'. He thinks it hysterical that he can now say, "All aboard The Black Pig"! He is easily pleased. Anyway, he has phoned to say that he can't see how to lift the back seats up. Is he having a Monday morning moment or is there a knack to it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to many chats with everybody.

Well, let the Captain know such daftness is mutinous lol.
Welcome to FF, enjoy your stay.
I too have a "Black Pig" and she's great.

Hi Devious,
Thanks for the welcome.
The 'Black Pig' made it safely home! I have been busy finding what every thing does....and making sure it all works! Have to go and get the A/C re-gassed tomorrow, hope that it is all it needs....not much fun in a black car in 35 degrees when the A/C doesn't work!
How long have you had your B.P?

I've had mine for 7 months. In that time she's had the interior re sprayed to tidy it up as I wasn't keen on the scratched greyness that swamps the inside.
I've had 4 new tyres, tracking, new gearbox mount and driveshaft.
Oh and I fitted undercar LEDs just for giggles. Lol
You're in the best place for advice and guidance.

Hi Devious,
Yeah, I'm bracing myself for the inevitable problems everyone has said I'll have! My piggie needs some tweaking as well, she has got some sort of strange front bumper, it has a little grill/fins on one side and not the other...don't know if that is supposed to look sporty but I'm not keen on it, but then I'm an old duck! She has also got 17" alloys with low-profile tyres, to be honest, I prefer the original wheels.
Her clutch biting point is very low, she has apparently had a new clutch so maybe it needs a bleed. I understand the clutches on these are not adjustable. Time will tell if it is something different.
Have a good Saturday!

El Capitan,
I forgot to mention that I had the clutch and dual mass fly done also...£600 later.
I'll swap ya the wheels and tyres if you like, ha ha, I could do with a holiday.
Fins? Not seen those nor a grille as a standard.
Is it on the front left hand side?
The intercooler is located down there so it may have been a latter addition.
Nope, not adjustable but mine is low down. When I got it, it was like an on off switch so if its that bad, id get it sorted ASAP.
