The banner

As ive seen its been changeing over the last few days ...
could we do what ive seen done on a similar owners club website ( Starts With a Z i will get banned for going on such website ) they have say 6 banners and it changes every time you choose a diffrent page ,how hard would something like that be

The current idea is to have it rotate every "session" so every log in, or 20mins if "remember me" is selected.
