Good morning and thanks for accepting me on the forum. My mum had a 126 in the 1980s and always found it great fun. I was thinking of buying a VW Beetle last spring, but they were all overly priced rotters . So I ended up buying a BIS. I have since learned that it’s the worst 126 to own, but after a lot of sorting including having the gearbox out to put the flywheel on the right way on, it has turned out to be great fun. Spares are problematical and the absence of a proper workshop manual a nuisance, but I don’t regret the purchase.
