Hey guys.

I've "liked" the Fiat Scotland facebook page, so thought I should sign up to the forum.

I go by the handle of Teribus. My real name is Chris Turner. I'm 28, married, and I live in Selkirk, Scottish Borders with my wife and two cats. I work as a vehicle examiner for a bus company (basically, I do what is effectively an MoT inspection on each bus every 28 days). In my spare time I am fairly recently a keen swimmer, and I also like to tinker - I'm either tinkering with my car or my wifes, or doing some DIY in the house, or I like to sit with my feet up and watch a bit of TV.

My car is my first foray into italian car ownership. Prior to that I have had a series of Fords, and a Daihatsu Fourtrak I had for a few months.

Anyway, my ride is a 2008 Fiat Bravo. It is powered by the 150bhp version of the 1.4 T-Jet engine. It is metallic black and has Dynamic spec and optional 17" alloys. I've owned it since November 2012. When bought it had 48,000 miles on the clock, and already I've clocked it up to 56,000 miles. At a rolling road session in February, it produced a healthy 164bhp with basically standard spec (just a K&N panel air filter)

So, yes, that's me. Attatched is a pic of my car.

I know you- rssimon from ffoc

Yup :) I was gonna message you on Facebook for your username. Though it's been a while since you had your Focus! ;)

richard33dees yes, the new Bravo seems a slightly rare sight on Scotland's roads in general. And when I do spot them, the majority seem to be the Multijets. Don't see that many T-jets.

I was just looking at the garage, but I am a little lost as to how to add to it. Sorry if I am missing something obvious...

Thank you for the welcome messages chaps! :)

Turns out I'm a little lost too as I've never bothered to add my car despite asking newbs to do so for the past year or so [attachment=1:wzsvphy1]redface.gif[/attachment:wzsvphy1]

However I suspect it's a problem with us as it should be self-explanatory. Martyn will hopefully explain and sort it out shortly

Didn't have time to post before I went to the gym, but Harper is bang on here. It's a site error I'm afraid.

Basically, under the main forum buttons you should have a secondary menu when in the Garage. For some reason, the latest site software clashes with the Garage add on. To the extent the add on also ignores the dimensions of our new site style.

It's not a fix I can do tonight I'm afraid, it'll take a little investigating but I think we had this problem before so I'm sure it'll be fixed in the next couple of days :)

Ah that makes me feel a lot better, I had been thinking I was missing something!
