Hi, my Tempra 1.6ie SW has developed a fuel problem. Turn ign' key, the 2 relays, fuel pump/ignition, start clicking in/out rapid, then stop. No fuel comes thro' fuel line where it enters the active charcoal filter. Is this a pump prob'? or relay prob'? All suggestions gratefully recieved.
