Tape or fix the corrugated pipes around engine; how?

Hi there, after lots of years and km, my car (mk2 1.9jtd) has a lot of corrugated pipes that fall apart, due to the heating from the engine.
The wires hang there a bit exposed.

Do you know products, tips and tricks to fix or improve that condition?
Special tape?

Of course that would be up to the prospective purchaser to measure the existing tubing and order the correct dimensions.
